Our Refund Policy

Hands on Course
Any candidate who registers and does not take the examination will receive a full refund for the Hands-On Course less the 5% processing fee.

Refunds for Patient Services
One month before the exam, candidates will receive a full refund less a 5% processing fee.
If you cancel less than a month before the exam you will receive a full refund less the 5% processing fee only if your spot is filled.

Supplies
Refunds on unused Ivorine teeth and typodonts only, and purchased from Florida Dental Board Preps, Inc. and returned within 30 days after the examination.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Law Study Manual
There are no refunds for the Law Study Manual and/or the Florida Statutes.
